Role Overview
You will work closely with the Events and Sales team on all aspects of event production, client support, admin, logistics and execution. The broad network
portfolio encompasses online, print, email, events, social and content marketing
channels. Great opportunity to grow into account management or events role in
this industry.

Key Responsibilities

Client Services
Lead and drive the post-sale client support process, including:

  • Produce ongoing client and campaign tracking reports on behalf of sales account managers
  • Manage campaign data reporting function including process and systems improvements
  • Assist in telephone appointment setting function for sales team
  • Assist in managing and updating print and email subscriptions details to ensure we always have most updated information
  • Assist in customer service activities such as chasing advertising material as required across all platform
  • Uploading online banner ads via Double Click
  • Assist brand managers with ongoing client development
  • Sourcing monthly reporting on all four digital platforms via goggle docs
  • Assist the events team where required with event initiatives
  • Oversee and help manage the onine product directory –

Campaign and Project Activations

  • Managing and updating of database
  • RSVP Management – calling for events
  • Ad-hoc managing of media partnerships and client events
  • Manage ad-hoc projects where required – delegating to in-house resource and managing deadlines
  • General sales/media team back up with internal teams e.g. help to relieve bottlenecks in production/events
  • Proactively developing reporting – both internal and client reports

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 1-2 years in similar industry/role
  • Be adaptable to growth and change within the business
  • Has a strong grasp on Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Have the ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Can work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Detailed and well organized
  • Takes the initiative – proactively identifies new opportunities, etc.
  • Ability to create and manipulate template reports using Excel and PowerPoint (essential)
